Q. Was Group Discussion or Group Exercise part of selection process?
A. Yes, Group Discussion was part of selection process.

Q. The duration of Group Discussion, size of the group, number of panelists, etc.
A. Duration - 15 minutes, Size - 10 aspirants, Panelists - 3 people.

Q. What was your Group Discussion topic?
A. The topic was, "Internet Gaining Popularity Among Youth".

Q. Tell us about your Group Discussion experience?
A. The group discussion was interactive and learning session. It gave me an exposure to different communicating styles among the youth.

Q. How was the environment during discussion?
A. The environment was assertive and healthy.

Q. Describe your impression of the your team members and overall Group Discussion process?
A. They were knowledgeable, were at ease in communicating their points.

Q. Some handy tips that would be of great help.
A. I would suggest that never be a part of fish-market situation, i.e., be assertive and be an active listener. Try to speak quality content and summarize the discussion.

Q. Were there any set norms of Group Discussion?
A. Yes, there were some set norms.
