The Pearson VUE contract for NMIMS covered the following areas - the entire application and registration process, test design, development of items (questions), delivery of tests and results publishing. The company administered the test across 12 countries over a 10-day testing window successfully without a single batch being rescheduled.

Pearson VUE's comprehensive planning framework covered the entire gamut of activities from network security, software, hardware, training of teams, own servers and test content. Our teams were aware that in an operation of this scale, one could face operational issues, therefore, Pearson VUE built enough redundancies and back ups.

In short, the Pearson VUE team had a single goal - to offer a smooth testing experience that tests the candidate's knowledge and not their patience.
