  1. General Questions
  2. Questions related to Pre-MBA Preparation
  3. Questions related to Group Discussion / Group Exercise
  4. Interview-related Questions
  5. After Joining MBA

5. After Joining MBA

Q. After joining the school, did you ever wish that you should have known certain more things about the school before you became part of it? What are those?
A. None whatsoever!

Q. What are the toughest areas to handle in your studies?
A. It's Finance. We have a very hectic schedule here - 4 terms with 3 months per term with 5 subjects each. It becomes very difficult to cope with the pressure.

Q. Which one is your best subject?
A. It has been Human Resources so far.

Q. Is there stress level during studies?
A. There is stress to the level that you have no time to study, because there is so much to do other than study and so little time for it all. If a student were to do nothing but study, then there is practically no stress. But when you become a part of the school by organizing events, seminars and taking responsibilities, your time gets reduced for studies. Just that.

Q. Who is the best faculty?
A. It's hard to judge, everyone is unique in their own way. They are all the best in the country.

Q. Scope of development in your existing curriculum.
A. There are a couple of courses w.r.t. entrepreneurship that I wish were there. But nothing drastic is amiss.

Q. Tips for those who wish to do MBA from your school.
A. Come join in on the fun here at SJMSOM. Just remember that when you get out of SJMSOM, you are an IITian and nothing in the world can beat that brand!

Concluded.
