Sir, Can you tell us about the One Year PGP Program at ZCBI?

The One Year PGP in Business Transformation is co-designed by industry experts and top academicians. Why have you chosen to run a one-year program instead of the more regular two-year courses? Are you planning to position it more as an Executive-MBA than a regular MBA?

Globally, one year programmes are now considered to be adequate to equip bright graduates with management skills. In my opinion, a one year programme gives many benefits to companies and participants: -
a) quick Return on Investment for the participants.
b) companies get to recruit the management graduates more quickly.
c) programme delivery is more vigorous with less time-wastage.
