TISS NET has a new Avatar; to go online first time on January 13, 2013

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has announced admissions to its postgraduate degree programs for batch of 2013-15 for its Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati, and Hyderabad campuses. TISS conducts a National Entrance Test (TISS NET) for admissions to its all postgraduate full-time programmes.

The test so far has been a paper-pencil based test which will go online for the first time this year on January 13, 2013. The exam will also be conducted in traditional paper-pencil format for candidates who whish to take the test in same format.

Aspirants will be required to mention their preferred format in the application form itself. The earlier two-paper format will be changed to a single entrance exam for all the candidates.
