Tata Crucible - The Business Quiz 2008, the toughest business quiz in India, is ready to hit the corporate world once again. Bigger and richer than before, Tata Crucible will be the first business quiz for corporates in India to be held across 16 cities (from 12 cities in the previous edition).

Now in its 5th edition, Tata Crucible has become a quest for the elusive 'Crucible Quotient'. It will be a far more challenging quiz which will aim to test out-of-the-box thinking and speed of thought. The four new cities where the quiz will be held are - Coimbatore, Jaipur, Panaji and Lucknow. Also, the prize money for the National Winners has been doubled from Rs. 2 Lakhs to Rs. 4 Lakhs. Known for its innovative formats of quizzing in the past years, Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz will once again be presented in a new avatar. Having engaged the nation's bright young minds for four years now, the Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz 2008 will elevate quizzing to a whole new level. This year, the Quiz will witness the 'Nano Quizzing' format. From Bandwidth Quizzing, to Twenty-Twenty Quizzing to Pyramid Quizzing and 'Nano Quizzing' as the current format, Tata Crucible has always produced new formats of quizzing that have kept the audience glued to their seats in the past.

Tata Crucible - The Business Quiz 2008 will be conducted by the well-known quizmaster Giri Balasubramanian and will commence with the regional rounds in Coimbatore (August 3) then traveling to Cochin (August 5), Hyderabad (August 9), Panaji (August 10), Jaipur (August 12), Ahmedabad (August 19), Pune (August 24), Bangalore (August 31), Bhubaneshwar (September 5), Kolkata (September 7), Chandigarh (September 11), Delhi (September 13), Lucknow (September 14), Indore (September 18), Mumbai (September 20), Chennai (September 21).

In parallel, separate quiz as always will be held for Tata employees in eight cities ending with Jamshedpur (September 26). The 16 winning teams from the regional rounds of non-Tata tracks will qualify for the National Finals, which will be held in end-September.
