This workshop is for you if you are a senior manager or an administrator with substantial work experience. Entrepreneurs of all hues also are welcome. You are expected to be at least 30 years old. It does not matter what functional areas you are currently operating in. It does not matter whether you have an MBA or whether your managerial wisdom is distilled from experience. It does not matter whether you work with a large multinational or a small non-profit or run your own start-up. What really matters is keen interest in taking your persuasive power to a higher level. We welcome participants from different backgrounds because everyone benefits from the diversity.

Introduction:

If you are a manager, you have to juggle with multiple relationships with your bosses, your peers, and your subordinates. If you are in a matrix organization, you will have to manage dotted line relationships also.

If you are an entrepreneur, you are your own boss but you will have to deal with a host of people. Your success depends on how deftly you manage them.

You would have arrived at your own style of managing those relationships through trial and error. But, are you entirely happy with the way you are managing them?
