Description:The programme will highlight the components of an effective negotiation and help you analyse your own behaviour in negotiations. The course will be largely experiential, providing participants with the opportunity to develop their skills by participating in negotiations and integrating their experiences with the principles presented in the assigned in-class exercises. The negotiation exercises will provide an opportunity to attempt strategies and tactics in a low-risk environment, learn about yourself and respond to specific negotiation situations. The programme is structured to help you apply the cumulative knowledge gained in the classroom through in-practice applications.
