The regulatory environment is changing at a breakneck speed. The responsibilities on professionals both within the organization as well as those external to it has tremendously increased. Newer Accounting standards, IFRS, new auditing standards, newer corporate governance requirements, new reporting formats to MCA etc. How many times has a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Company Secretary(CS) wondered as to how she/ he will keep abreast with the changes, considering the routine challenges and time frames.
