  • To understand the process of formulating and implementing an IT/IS strategy in the organizations.

  • To expose the interconnection between business strategy, structure, people, and processes.

    • For: The course is designed for IS/IT managers interested to understand relationship between business strategy and It strategy. The participants will ideally be in middle level IT positions in non-software companies where IT/MIS is an important function.
