Objectives: The objectives include familiarizing the participants with various network techniques used in the project management, developing an understanding of tools and techniques for effective management of time and cost in projects. The programme also looks at various issues including resources allocation, managing uncertainty. Project budgeting, monitoring and contract management .Trough hands on training in project management software the programme is designed to equip participants with necessary skills to manage projects with the help of standard software.
