Objectives: The basic objective of the programme is to familiarize the participants with handling large data bases to extract meaningful information about business. The objective is to develop skills in using data for creating viable business strategies.
The course focuses on the topics of data warehousing and data mining and discusses in detail the tools and techniques for classification and prediction systems in a variety of functional disciplines including Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance. The use of software will also be demonstrated.
