Objectives: The objectives include familiarizing the participants with various facets of Information Technology and the features of Information based organizations. Through combination case studies, exercises, expert-led discussions and lecturer, the participants will be equipped with the skills to harness the power of IT in their area of working.
The programme intends to equip the participants to align the business objectives of the organization with the IT strategies .The programme will also provide insights to participants for clearly define their role in the IT enabled business so as to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
