Objectives:

For: The programme is aimed at a broad spectrum of professionals involved directly in manufacturing as well as in areas that intensively interact with manufacturing such as marketing, research and development, product and process design, engineering, logistics and purchasing. Typically, participants will be working in manufacturing organizations, management consulting firms, export oriented production units, suppliers to major manufacturing units in India and abroad, both in private and public sectors. Non-manufacturing professionals working in marketing, finance, HRM, etc. would also benefit by participating in the programme. Participants are expected to have sound academic credentials and about 5-10 years of relevant work experience will provide the required background.
