Objectives: This is a three-day program to discuss and assess the extent to which the e-business is feasible in the Indian context. Mainly, the program has the following objectives: -

• To provide the participants the concepts, tools and implementation strategies of e-business for corporate excellence.

• To measure the performance level of e-business under uncertain environment. The factors of uncertainty include the operational and market risk of the e-business system.

• To make the e-business site more customers focused.

• To design e-business sites for a profitable on-line market.
