Objectives:

  • To understand and analyze issues and tasks involved in marketing of retail services

  • To understand value creation and management system in / through a retail set up

  • To acquire skills to manage service, quality, image and cost in retail set up

  • To develop an understanding of brand building processes in retail organization

  • To design and plan visual merchandise, shop floor and traffic management in retail environment

    For: Middle and senior level marketing executives both from public and private sector companies will find this program highly effective. However retail being one of the key decisions in a typical business set up executives across areas are also welcome to attend the program.

    Contents: The program broadly covers the issues related with retailing strategies, the environmental influences specially competition, an appreciation for customer centric retailing organization and issues involved in managing the same. It will deal with other aspects like service quality, brand building, role of CRM in retailing, value added services, organizational issues in retailing and managing customer experiences.
