Goa Institute of Management, Goa, in collaboration with SPSS, South Asia Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, is organizing a 3-Day Management Development Programme to familiarize the participants on data analysis through SPSS - Statistical Package.
The objective of the 3-day training program is to impart the data analytical capabilities to the project leaders, business analysts, research scholars, and post graduate students, who want to enhance the quality of their work by using statistics for research.

Objectives

Owing to the electronic information era, data is available in plenty and through different resources. The success largely depends on how the raw data is analysed to draw some useful and meaningful inferences and informed decisions. Comparing to the other statistical packages available, SPSS a highly interactive, easy to use, windows-based statistical tool, that is perfectly suitable for accurate data analysis. With a low learning curve, and extremely robust features, generally it does not warrant any programming skills. Basically the programme is aimed at imparting the following to the participants: -
