About Mr. Ajoy Guha: Mr. Ajoy Guha is a regular lecturer at Bombay Management Association and Ahmedabad Management Association. He also gives in-company lectures, counseling and consultancy on Growing Faster, Debtors / Receivable Management, Customerising the Organisation, Costs Reduction Strategies & Steps, Commercial Negotiation for Purchase / Sales & Customer Relations. He extends consulting on Re-Engineering and Turn-Around Process.

Mr. Guha is a B.Com.(A&A), B.Com.(BMA) graduate from Bombay University with Diploma in Computer Science Management. He also holds Diploma in International Import & Export, Business Management & Trading, MBA (Finance) - all from London. He is also a member of Bombay Management Association and a Fellow of Business Management Association, London. He is also a Life Member of Computer Society of India..

Mr. Guha, before becoming a management consultant, has served various industries for 3 decades. To name a few - Arya Communication Ltd. (Motorola), General Electric Alsthoms Ltd., Aplab Limited, Bright Brothers Limited, etc. He has also served in the Middle-East.

He has also co-authored with Dr. Atthreya a manual titled, "Effective Credit Management", a first of its kind on Receivable Management for all types of industries in Indian Context. Their recent book, "Cash Before You Crash" has appeared on the Business India Best Seller List. Also, compiled manuals for 'Costs Reduction Strategies' and 'Commercial Negotiations'.
