Objectives: This program aims at orienting the participants to the art and science of corporate performance measurement and management. To sensitize the participants with scantiness in traditional accounting-based performance measures in fulfilling demands of dynamic corporate
perspective. Motivate effective use of a variety of performance measurement innovations ranging from traditional to "improved" financial metrics such as "economic value" measures to integrated measures like "balanced scorecards" & performance discloser and reporting. Sensitize the participants about various performance measures models, framework & uses to foster the overall corporate performance.
