Objectives: The Leadership Zone Soft Skills Clinic, in essence, is about the quest for perfection which comes from discovering inner capability for barrier break­ing performance and seeks to provide opportunities to participants to learn about the Seven Soft Skills which can transport them into the "Zone".

For: The Clinic is open to any manager at any level in any function who wishes to develop the seven soft skills which make leaders lead effectively and inspirationally in the quest for barrier breaking excellence.

Contents: The Learning and Development experience comes in a 3 day format, and the sessions will focus on the Seven Skills of the Leadership Zone. The Clinic ensures an intense, impact inducing learning experience. Close engagement with those in the Leadership Zone shows that intensity of focus and the drive to lead others on a chosen path comes from the deploy­ment of seven critical soft skills in the pursuit for excellence in highly chal­lenging contexts. Skills used by individuals in the Leadership Zone result in higher performance, improved relationships, improved ability in prob­lem solving, greater facility in conflict handling, better team nurturing, more effective individual coaching and enhanced capability for leading change.
