Objectives: The program has been designed to provide the participants with a clear and deep understanding of the nature of stress, its sources and its impact, both physical and psychological, at three levels - individual, organization and the broader canvas of business and the environment.

The purpose of the program is not just to provide short-term, therapeutic formulae for stress relief but to expose the participants to a rich repertoire of a wide spectrum of concepts and methods of stress coping and stress management. While the program inputs will center around the experiences of working executives in personal and professional life, it will also raise such deeper issues like understanding of our self and the purpose of life and work in order to address the problems relating to stress at their core.

The program derives its enrichment and inspiration from the perspectives and practices from modern Western disciplines of knowledge as well as from classical Oriental especially Indian traditions. A wide range of methods from medication to meditation, from self-introspection to participating dialogues, will constitute a substantial part of the program.

The primary thrust of the program lies in the enhancement of managerial and organizational effectiveness by liberating the consciousness from the experience of stress through empowerment from within. The program will try to achieve this by sharpening and developing the faculties of the participants at three levels - cognitive, emotional and spiritual. This facilitates comprehensive learning that can address multiple levels of our organizational reality with all its complexities.

At an individual level, the program will offer the participants the wherewithal for striking a dynamic balance between life and work. It will also provide the participants with a roadmap to evolve and organizational strategy towards a less stress-prone work environment in future.

Contents: The following themes / topics will be covered during the program: -
