About the Conference

The Wharton India Economic Forum (WIEF), established in 1996 at The Wharton School, is the leading student run business forum in the U.S. which is focused on India. WIEF's mission is to focus attention on the enormous potential for the enhancement of economic and business relations between India and other countries of the world. WIEF's annual conference is not only a vehicle for raising the profile of the subcontinent, but also offers a unique opportunity for participants to raise their profiles with key decision makers, establish critical business contacts, and recruit the best talent from the leading business schools.

Through its forum, which includes conferences and speaker engagements, WIEF seeks to stimulate an energetic dialogue between current and future business leaders.
