Methodology of delivery on Reliance Web World

The on-line sessions (comprising of 400 hours spread across 14 months) will be delivered on Reliance Web Worlds Video Conferencing interactive learning platform. The heart of the platform is a powerful user interface that enables large number of geographically distributed students to have a highly interactive "one to one" exchange with a central faculty.
The system incorporates live two way broadcast video, two way audio and data interactivity to enable the students to watch and interact with the faculty live in a classroom. Conceptual discussions, case discussions and panel discussions will be the primary vehicle of learning on the platform. Please visit your nearest Reliance Web World to get a live experience.

Campus Visit

The participants are expected to stay in the campus for 7 days of intensive campus learning. The exact date and schedule will be announced to the participants in advance (by at least six months) so that they can arrange for their leaves from their respective organizations. During the period of their stay on campus, participants need to participate in intensive classroom and group learning sessions.

Eligibility

• Graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience after completing graduation in HR / IR field.

Admission Criterion

• Years of work experience and quality of work experience.

• Personal interviews to be conducted in the Reliance Web Worlds Video Conferencing platform by XLRI faculty in - Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Jamshedpur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.
