IIM Raipur signs MoU with "IPADE Business School, Mexico".

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the IPADE Business School seeking student exchange programs. The MoU was signed by Prof.

B S. Sahay, Director, IIM Raipur and Rafael Gomez Nava, Dean, IPADE Business School, Mexico.

IPADE Business School is one of the best business schools in whole of Latin America. It was founded in 1967 by a notable group of Mexican businessmen. It has three campuses which are located in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. IPADE has been accredited by AASCB. It also holds 95th rank as per the Financial Times rankings in 2012 in the world.

Each institution will accept Post-Graduate students from the other institution starting from the academic year 2013-14. They have agreed to exchange up to five students for one semester/term of study per academic year. The home institution will screen applicants from its institution for the exchange. The exchange students may apply to the MBA program offered at the host institution as full-time, non-degree graduate students.

Any academic credit earned at the host institution will be transferred to the home institution in accordance with procedures determined by the latter. The MBA exchange students must have completed at least one year of continuous study at the home institution before the exchange year. As part of the MoU, no tuition fee will be charged by the partner or host institution.

This agreement shall remain in force for a period of five (5) years from the date of the last signature.
