The classrooms of Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) will soon be filled with judicial officers of subordinate courts as students in order to improve the quality of judgments and their managerial skills..

The Supreme Court is seeking to formulate a curriculum and module for the National Judicial Academy in accordance with the IIMs to provide training to state judicial academies who will train judicial officers to improve their skills.

By the time state judicial academies are strengthened with these programmes, judicial officers will be trained at IIMs.

High Courts will set up sub-committees similar to the National Court Management System, in order to enhance the quality, responsiveness and timeliness of courts. These state level sub-committees will provide inputs and solutions to the NCMS for formulation and effective implementation of national policy on management of courts.
