pdfDisha is an annual HR conclave organised by T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal. Being one of the very few annual HR conclaves held by any B-School in the country, DISHA has become a forum where industry experience meets academic rigor and creates a whole new learning experience.
Senior corporate dignitaries from Indias top notch companies grace the scenic campus of the institute to discuss, debate and reflect on various aspects of Human Resource Management and enlighten the students with their rich knowledge and experience. They also get to meet students and answer their inquisitive queries and hence get a feel of the future talent, ready to take a plunge into the corporate world. Students participate to display their acumen in the discipline of Human Resources and prove their mettle in an arena of respected academicians and experienced professionals.
This year Disha is scheduled on 8th and 9th September. The Theme for this year is Leveraging technology in HR. This is the 4th edition of Disha, each year having seen some illustrious guests.
