The Indian Institute of Management Raipur organized its 2nd HR Confluence on the theme ‘Strategic Recruiting and Employee Branding’ on 30th August at its campus.
The programme started with the welcome address by Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director- IIM Raipur. He stressed upon the importance of academic excellence along with quality research relevant to the nation, society and region. He spoke about the vital role played by HR in functioning of the business organizations.
