In-Company Programmes

IMT conducts in company management programmes specially designed with a view to incorporate specific needs of the organization. These programmes draw content and pedagogy in keeping with the background, needs and peculiarities of the sponsoring company.

The skill set aims to develop among the participants, targeted change, improvement in work culture or operational efficiency in keeping with the corporate objective of the organization.
