Introduction about the Institute

Jaipuria Institutes of Management are a brain-child of noted industrialist and philanthropist, Mr. Sharad Jaipuria, CMD, Ginni International, a leader in the field of textile exports. The success of this noted industrial group lies in their ability to evolve and adopt latest technological and managerial innovations.
The group has ventured into setting-up a power plant in Himachal Pradesh. The same philosophy of staying abreast with the latest developments in the management field is applied by the promoters to the running of Jaipuria Institute of Management.

The House of Jaipuria established B-schools at Lucknow (in 1995), Noida (in 2004) and Jaipur (in 2006). All three institutes offer 2-year full-time PGDM / PGDBM courses, the admission to which is based on CAT score besides performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview. JIM Lucknow and JIM Noida also offer 3-year part-time PGDBM / PGDM courses for working managers. Besides these long-term programmes, all the three institutes offer various MDPs, In-company Programmes, Seminars / Conferences and Consultancy Interventions.

The PGDM

Developed with the objective of grooming Managers, not mere MBAs, the vision of the PGDM programme is to develop world-class professionals with strong value systems. The institute focuses on enabling participants to develop a global perspective, be futuristic in orientation and become result-oriented by integrating strategy with implementation. By encouraging participants to learn more based on research and application, the learning pedagogy will challenge and excite, and lead them to dream big, sharpen their analytical skills and gain endurance to face the complex reality of life.
