The submitted papers will be exclusive property of Taksha (FMS, South Campus) and Taksha reserves the right to use the papers in any form.

Prizes:
      a. First Prize: Rs. 20,000
      b. Second Prize: Rs. 10,000
The winning teams will also receive 'Merit Certificates' issued by FMS, Delhi and their papers will be considered for publications in leading Business Magazines and Journals. Other three participants will receive 'Participation Certificate' issued by FMS, Delhi. Rest of the participants who have submitted their papers will receive a 'Letter of Acknowledgement' issued by Taksha-FMS, Delhi.

Team Taksha reserves the right to modify any of the above rules and regulations at any time without notification.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Team Taksha will be final and binding.
