The fourth day of Kalpataru started with Cricket Finals between Staff and PFM-2005 (senior batch) at MANIT cricket ground. The poor junior batch enjoyed the volunteership by playing Antakshari and cheering for the Tendulkars n Irfans. The experienced Staff side played strategically and won.

The evening was dedicated to cultural extravaganza with events like Central Color Lab Solo Song Competition and Antakshari. Participants from student, Faculty and Staff families made the event of solo song a grand success with motley of old and new songs. The very professionally organized Antakshari with computer-aided rounds was exciting as well as tough at the same time. The Honorable Director and esteemed Faculties enjoyed the program and cheered the participants.

The 5th and penultimate day of Kalpataru 2005 was the Prize-Distribution Day. The event saw the esteemed presence of the Honorable Director of IIFM, Dr. D. K. Bandopadhyay. He gave a short speech congratulating the winning teams and individuals that made it possible for the successful implementation of the event. The prize distribution ceremony amongst much fanfare was followed by a grand cultural extravaganza. PFM2005, PFM2006(juniors), Staff, Faculty community & IIFM Family members also showcased their mettle by winning several prizes in various categories of sports.

The evening was lined up with Cultural events showcasing the varied diversity observed in the people of the IIFM Fraternity hailing from all over India. The events were Pentathlon Punch, Dance Performances, and Dumb charades. Pentathlon Punch is unique in the sense; no body knows what he or she has to perform till last minute the rounds of Ad zap and one minute soft drinks checked the temperament while many brainstorming rounds checked the attitude. The dance performances were enticements for huge audience.

The Annual Day Function featured an enthralling cultural nite by the students, children of IIFM staff & Faculties, who showcased their talents in dance, vocals and dramatics in front of a packed audience. Kalpataru was truly complete with due emphasis given to the lighter side as well.
