Biz Theatre

Business Theatre, or 'Biz Theatre' as it is referred to, forms the 'Heart of Manfest'. It gives the opportunity to B-school students to consult organizations on their current business related issues and gives them a fresh perspective in problem solving. Biz theatre consists of six verticals of management - marketing, finance, strategy, systems, operations and human resources.
Each vertical comprises of 'Live Consulting' assignment specific to the vertical and supported by a sector specific corporate partner.

Go Trade

Aditya Birla Group Manfest 2006 in association with Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. has launched a unique and thrilling game called 'Go-Trade', which is aimed at testing the investment and portfolio management skills of the students in a competitive and real time environment. The teams taking part in the event got a chance to manage a portfolio worth Rs. 60,000/- over a period of two months. The teams were required to put in Rs. 10,000 and the balance Rs. 50,000 was contributed by Karvy on their behalf. On doing this, Demat and Trading accounts were opened for them by Karvy, which they could trade through both the NSE and BSE.

The Other Side

"The Other Side" is an event first of its kind, conceptualized exclusively for the students on an exchange programme from an overseas business school, in various B-schools. This event gives an opportunity to see the growth and economic development in India from the perspective of those from abroad. Presently, the total number of foreign participation that Aditya Birla Group Manfest expects would be over 50 students considering the high number of students visiting on an exchange programme in Indian B-schools.
