TISS, Mumbai Organizes Workshop on Appreciative Intelligence Conducted by Prof. Tojo Thatchenkery

HR Managers from L&T, NHDSL, Wartsilla, Patni Computers, Mudra Communications, etc., attended the session. Some of the students from Tata Institute of Social Sciences also had the opportunity to participate in the event.

The workshop was interactive and used data from extensive research that Prof. Tojo had done in various firms in India and USA. The participants said that it was indeed new experience.

One of the delegates, Javed Zafar, remarks, "Appreciative Intelligence explores the real alchemy of leadership... the ability to transform opportunities into realities. What you'll discover is a unique and potent form of intelligence. It is a thought-provoking concept. More importantly, the workshop has showed me how to develop this intelligence in myself."

Another delegate, Preethi Krishnan, remarks, "Stunning! Going one step beyond appreciative inquiry, the workshop has made an exciting contribution to the new field of positive organizational scholarship. The workshop will forever change how I think about intelligence."
