Confabulation’06: FMCG Conference to be Held at Goa Institute of Management
February 11-12, 2006

Goa Institute of Management (GIM) is organizing a 2-day conference on 11th and 12th of February 2006 to examine the implications of the emerging business environment on the policies, processes and players in the FMCG sector.

With the entry of number of new players and strong multinational corporations, the industry is witnessing intense competition, compelling the companies to lower their profit margin. Hence the FMCG sector, which was once concentrated mostly on urban markets, needs to look at newer markets to maintain its position.
