Commodore Mohapatra elaborated in detail on every question either directed or diverted to him in lucid way, which was commended by the audience. He said that the question of Candidate Management turns irrelevant once the idea of treating the talent as a king or queen gets christened in core cultural value of organization.

Questions like the functional type of people getting amalgamated with HR or HR people osmosis with Line Managers, etc., were all part of volleys of questions launched at erudite Samiksha panel.

The panel discussion came to an end with the encouraging remarks by the panelists regarding the selection of the topic, the level of participation of students and also the beauty of NITIE campus. The panelists were felicitated and the vote of thanks concluded the event.

In all, the 'Samiksha' was a great learning experience for all the students. In the world where a continuous "war for talent" is going on, applying basic principles of business, adding value to the organization in every functional area, maintaining right kind of attitude and delivering human capabilities to the customers will definitely make it easier to align the HR strategies with the changing business strategies.
