IMI-Delhi & Spandan Announce Essay Writing-cum-Presentation Contest for Management Students
Last Date for Submission of Paper Entries: October 21, 2006

Spandan - Foundation for Human Values for Management and Society, and International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, have pleasure in announcing an Essay Writing-cum-Presentation Contest for Management students on Human Values, Corporate Excellence and Organizational Transformation

The aim is to sensitize the prospective professionals on the role of human values in work situations as part of work ethic and culture, and as an instrument for enhancing organizational excellence so that they are able to contribute in evolving value-based organizations and professions.

Topics

Entries are invited on any one of the following themes: -

  • Roadmap for developing a value-based organization

  • Human Values and Corporate Excellence

  • 'Adherence of Human Values' not only desirable but also imperative

  • My Experiences in the adherence of Human Values

  • If I were to teach Human Values

    Salient Points

  • Essays should be between 500 to 600 words in New Times Roman font, single space. Margins: 1.25'

  • Originality and practicability of thoughts will be given weightage

  • Empirical basis in the analysis preferred

  • Two sets of hard copies, along with soft copy to be sent

  • Top-Five entries to be short-listed and called for presentation at IMI during second half of November 2006

  • The entries should reach on or before 21st October (Saturday) 2006 at the address given.

    Prizes

    Best - Rs. 5000/-
    Runner-up - Rs. 3000/-
    Second Runner-up - Rs. 2,000/-
