Lakshya 2005: Job Achiever's Contest to be held by NITIE, Mumbai
Lakshya sees professionals present the conception and implementation of ideas in their respective companies under the modules of: - These achievements are the pioneer projects that have evolved new paradigms in the current context of global competition and intense customer focus. A jury comprising of stalwarts from the industry who have left their mark in their respective fields adjudges these projects. This unique event serves as a catalyst and an eye-opener to the forefront of development and implementation of the latest in management ideas & concepts and all that Indian businesses are very much capable of. Lakshya has, since its inception in 1999, grown leaps and bounds and has earned an amazing respect for itself, be it B-schools or be it corporate world. The final day is completely devoted to Entrepreneurship and is appropriately named as Empresario. It essentially celebrates the spirit of entrepreneurship. The event will be kick-started by felicitating entrepreneurs with Most Inspiring Entrepreneur and Best Start-up Entrepreneur of the Year. This would be followed by unique B-Plan Contest. The event that started just last year has already gain lots of popularity as could be gauged by the entries from top B-schools. The first round results have already been declared. Another event on the same day is Spardha - entrepreneurial game. The game would have real life scenarios focusing on Operations, SCM, Marketing, HR & Finance. The final program would be D'apprendre, that would be discussion platform from renowned entrepreneurs on entrepreneurship. The flow of events for all 3 days is as follows: - Day One: 5th August 2005
