Jaipuria Institute of Management Signs MOU with Finland Universities

Jaipuria Institute of Management signed a new MOU with 29 Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences, Finland on Friday, September 21, 2007. The MOU, initially for a period of five years, provides for exchange of students and faculty in the areas of higher management education and research.

A high power delegation comprising of twenty-six Rectors and Presidents of the various Finland Universities visited the campus of JIM-Noida to sign the MOU. On the occasion, Dr. Pentti Rauhala, Chairperson of the Rectors' Conference of Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences expressed his delight with the commitment of the institute in upgrading the quality of management education in India. He also praised the world-class infrastructure of the campus.

Prof. Timo Luopajarvi, Secretary General of the Rectors' Conference and Prof. Marja-Liisa Marten were very confident that their students will have a meaningful learning experience at the institute.

Dr. J. D. Singh, Director, JIM Noida, looked forward to the gains from the exchange in both development of global business teaching and research material, as well as in enabling JIM Noida to be a truly global B-school.
