Any number of teams from an institute can participate.
An executive summary of not more than 500 words should be attached to the paper. The paper should not exceed 2000 words excluding the executive summary.
The document must be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 with 1.5-line spacing.
Along with the paper and the executive summary, each team is required to attach a cover page, which has the following information on a separate sheet of paper.
a. Team members' Name, Email Ids and Address and Phone numbers
b. Topic and Functional area
c. Institute Name and Address
One soft copy should be mailed to beabs@ximb.ac.in and the subject of the mail should include the functional area and the topic of the paper.
2 hard copies should be mailed to -

Director's Office,
Xavier Institute of Management,
Bhubaneswar - 751013.
The functional area for which the paper is submitted should be specified on the envelope.
The name of the student or of the institute should not be mentioned in any of the 2 hard copies except the cover page else it will result in outright rejection.
The selected teams in each functional area would be invited to present their paper in Xpressions 2005.
Teams would get a travel reimbursement for Sleeper class for the shortest route between their respective college city and Bhubaneswar.
In a two-member team, both the members are required to make the final presentation.
Each team would be allotted 20 minutes for the presentation followed by a 5 minute question-answer session.
The manual for the game would be uploaded by 25th September'05.
The decision of the panel and XIMB BEA B School committee would be final and binding on all participants.
All entries submitted will become the property of XIMB and can be used by the institute for any publication or otherwise.
