In this round, participating teams will be submitting the abstract of their B-Plan to the following e-mail id: yojna08.imi@gmail.com

Last Date of Submission of the Abstract is 15th September 2008 by 23:59:59 hours.

The abstract should not exceed maximum of 4 pages (excluding the cover page), stating briefly the purpose of the plan, opportunities, financial and marketing plan, and the likes. For Annexure, 2 additional pages could be kept

In this round, 5 teams will be selected for the final round. Five teams will be kept in the waiting list.

The selected teams will be intimated by e-mail by 25th September 2008.

The selected teams will have to confirm their participation by 28th September 2008.

The selected teams will be required to submit their complete B-Plan to the following e-mail id: yojna08.imi@gmail.com by 2nd October 2008 by 23:59:59 hours. This is not an elimination round.

Wait-listed teams, if selected, will be intimated by e-mail by 3rd October 2008. They will be required to confirm participation by 5th October 2008.

The wait-listed teams shall thereafter be required to submit their complete Business Plan by 10th October 2008.

The B-Plan should be maximum of 25 pages (including annexure and the cover page).

Round II

The five selected teams will present their B-Plan before the panel of judges at IMI - Empezar 2008, by means of a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation.

A maximum of 15 minutes will be given to each team for making their presentation, followed by a Question & Answer Session of 5-10 minutes, by the judges as well as the audience.

Points will be deducted for exceeding the time limit during the presentation.

The teams will be awarded their prizes at the event.

The teams will be reimbursed sleeper-class train tickets to and from New Delhi, in case of participants coming from outside Delhi.
