SIOM, Nashik All Set to Launch Annual Management Fest, 'Drishti 2009'

The count-down for DRISHTI '09 has begun. SIOM, Nashik is all set to host its Annual B-school Fest - DRISHTI '09 - on February 16th and 17th, 2009. With only a few days left to go before the two-day extravaganza kicks off, the college is bustling with activity

round-the-clock to make the event a grand success.

The theme for DRISHTI this year is an ode to the beckoning future. In line with its theme, "The Future is Here", DRISHTI '09 has two main clusters of events. While The Axiom consists of the main events which will be held on the two days of DRISHTI, V-Play encapsulates the online events. The online events, which started on 4 February 2009 and are still on, have attracted huge participation from B-schools all over the country.

SIOM has always emphasized close industry-institute relations. Competition and intellect apart, DRISHTI has also been a platform for students to interact with the business world and gain insights into the nuances of running businesses successfully. This year too, DRISHTI hopes to act as a catalyst in enlightening young minds on the diverse areas of business and management.
