ISB Launches Unique Global Management Programme
For The First Time In India

Hyderabad, May 3, 2004: Continuing to set trends in the world of management education, the Indian School of Business (ISB) is launching a unique, global executive programme for the first time in India.

In fact, the programme - Managing Young Global Enterprises: MYGLOBE - is the first of its kind globally. It involves unprecedented collaboration between INSEAD, one of the world's leading B-schools, the ISB, and five other B-schools from across the world - Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila; Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA), Athens; Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), Brazil; Lahore Institute of Management Sciences (LUMS); and University of Witwatersrand (WITS), Johannesburg.

This innovative programme is specially designed for senior executives looking to globalise their companies. Participants will be drawn from India, and from other emerging markets around the world. The programme culminates in a shared module at INSEAD's Fontainebleau campus in France. MYGLOBE gives participants an extraordinary global experience, and an unparalleled learning and networking opportunity.

Says Amitava Chattopadhyay, Programme Director, and the L'Oréal Chaired Professor in Marketing Innovation and Creativity, and Professor of Marketing at INSEAD, "The ISB's extensive international collaborations made it the natural choice of B School in India for INSEAD. The relationship between INSEAD and the ISB creates an outstanding opportunity in knowledge sharing, teaching and the development of global business leaders."

Managing Young Global Enterprises: MYGLOBE is completely international in flavour. Besides world-renowned faculty drawn from INSEAD, the programme also boasts faculty from other top business schools across the world - UCLA, University of Michigan, University of Southern California, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
