A Series of Corporate Panel Discussions
Organized by NITIE, Mumbai

On 25th January, 2003

NITIE at Mumbai, is coming out with yet another stimulating panel discussion on Saturday, the 25th of January between 2:00-5:00 pm at NITIE Auditorium, which tries to provide the right direction to business problems as well as the student community. The industry gurus will be speaking on the topic "Challenges in Services Marketing-The Road Ahead". The panel consists of leaders representing diverse industries who would be discussing issues relating to services marketing and their respective industries, viz. Banking, IT, Consulting, Retail, Social services, etc.

The idea of Disha evolved because of a deep felt need for greater interaction between the industry and academic community so as to decipher what shape business would take in the new millennium. This is a step towards proper integration of theory and practice through better communication between the industry and the management students.

The Disha series has covered in depth, all the spheres of Management like Operations, Marketing, Finance, HRM, Supply Chain and Information Technology. Sharing of knowledge by the corporate captains helps the management students to widen the horizon of their learning process. In the New millennium, businesses are constantly seeking the right path and direction and, as the name suggests, this series of discussion tries to explore the new directions of businesses.
