Aadmission now through CAT

NITIE, Mumbai has announced that due to the AICTE notification the NITIE Test for admisnducted on 18th January 2004, now stands cancelled and admission to sion to the PGDISEM/PGDIM (2004-06) scheduled to be cothe institute will be through CAT to be held on 15th February 2004.

All aspirants must now NECESSARILY have a VALID CAT 2003 Re-Test SCORE CARD to apply for admission into PGDIM/PGDISEM programmes at NITIE, Mumbai.
They must use the new Application Form that can either be downloaded from the NITIE website or obtained by post from "Assistant Registrar (Academic), NITIE, Vihar Lake, Mumbai - 400087".
The new completed Application Form, showing your CAT Centre Code and CAT Registration Number must reach NITIE before March 1, 2004.
Only those applicants who are Engineering graduates and have a valid CAT 2003 Re-Test score will be eligible for shortlisting for Group Discussion/Interview to be held at NITIE Mumbai during May 2004.

Those who have already applied in response to NITIE previous ads will recieve the new application form from the institute by post.

Those of you who have not applied for the CAT but had applied for NITIE should write directly to admissions@nitie.edu, for future course of action.
