Marico's Latest Preferred Campus - XIMB They say, "A man is known by the company it keeps". Well in the world of B-schools they say, "A B-school is known by the company of companies that it keeps!". Keeping this important rule in mind Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar has tied up with Marico Industries to achieve a "preferred campus" status, becoming only the second B-school in the country after SPJIMR, to receive this title of collaboration and distinction. This status will result in many workshops, live projects, joint research and consulting work. As part of the Campus Tie-up, Mr. Arnab Banerjee, Head - New Business Development, Marico gave a talk to the students of XIMB on Wednesday, December 17, 2003. This association with a reputed company like Marico would mean potentially enriching opportunities and learning experiences for the students. Playing a vital role would be MAXIM the marketing association of XIM, as it would be actively involved in this endeavour, the pivotal role of the coordinator will be played by the faculty of XIM.
