"Your chance to be a part of a tradition"

Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar has long stood for an enduring tradition of excellence in the field of academics, culture and pedagogy.

Now taking this tradition further XIMB is planning to come out with the XIMB Journal of Management. This will be a part-breaking journal with a blend of traditional research papers and latest management concepts.

Contributions are invited under the following Journal Sections:

• Original research articles
• Lead papers
• Book review articles
• Profile of a successful Indian manager
• Profile of a successful Indian company's management practices
• Intercultural management in India
• Light articles on management trivia, crosswords and games

All contributions should be original works and any sources should be duly acknowledged. Articles and contributions once sent and published will become property of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
