The Exchanges page from Yahoo!’s directory includes two extensive lists, one for stock exchanges and the other for futures and options exchanges. On each list, the entries are presented together in alphabetical order. The section also gives you links to other exchange directories. If the exchange you are looking for has a web site, you will probably find it here.
 

Dow Jones Business Directory/Financial Markets
Here you will find a list of web sites for U.S. Exchanges and another for Global Exchanges. Although these lists are perhaps not as extensive as other lists, each entry is accompanied by a numerical rating and a detailed site description.
 

Corporate Finance Network
List of exchanges in the US & World Markets section of CorpFiNet. Listings are organized nicely by country. In some cases, the listing does not link to the exchange's web site, but to another site that has info on the exchange. Some links are broken.
