Job Role:-

- Evolving and implementing a client relationship plan to improve the client relationships with the Bank and increase share of wallet.

- Drive Cross-sell initiatives across the bank products

- Prevent attrition of customers

- Prevent customer dissatisfaction by giving personalized solutions

- Building relationship with customers without meeting them in person and offering them the various products & services of the bank

- Working with different business units of the bank to offer highest customer satisfaction

- The role involves managing Suvidha customers on the phone and increasing penetration of insurance and investment in the pammed base over phone based medium.
