Job Description:

* Drive review of compensation practices across all locations in India ensuring we establish relevant standards eg calculation of internal medians as well as implement consistent and robust processes with regard to compensation management eg pay banding, use of salary surveys
* Engage with HR Seniors to shape best practice and creative reward strategy to support business needs eg driving behaviours in certain identified roles, aid retention in certain grades etc
* Ownership of all BPO compensation processes for performance, pay and bonus
* Drive review of employee benefits across country; looking for synergies
* Roll out process timetables and where needed detailed implementation plans to enable delivery of annual pay budgeting, pay review and bonus processes
* Be an active member of the Group HR C&B network
* Develop strong relationship with Finance team to ensure we HR and finance are linked on key data and processes incl. accruals, cost impact of pay budgets, pyramid reporting, data integrity
* Ensure all processes and delivery mechanisms are audit compliant

Candidate Profile:

Essential Criteria:

· A solid understanding of pay and benefit management and a consistent record of successful delivery in this area in a professional services/BPO, software or technology organisation

· Highly numerate and experienced at using technology and processes to create efficiencies

· A clear eye for detail, accuracy and an ability to process and analyze data using multiple inputs

· Excellent English language skills and ability to present ideas and data in clear and concise format

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build successful relationships

· Gravitas to engage with individuals and groups at all levels

GOOD EXP REQUIRED IN KPO/BPO/IT/Captive/BFSI Industry.
