- Develop and drive the strategy and marketing mix for Snapdeal Brand
- Responsible for Developing consumer insights, Driving Communication and creative execution across all the touch points of the consumer
- Develop key metrics to track Brand perception amongst the relevant TG
- Driving Consumer focus across the various teams within the company in order to build the requisite positioning for the brand
- Drive Consumer research and competitive analysis, to ensure the Brand remains relevant to consumers and measure the effectiveness of the initiatives that are being driven to support the Brand promise
- Responsible for all ATL activities across TV, Radio and other channels
- Lead the co-ordination and relationship with the agencies including Creative, Media Buying, and BTL
- Interfacing between various business heads and product management teams to drive tactical promotional events and occasion linked events
- Manage Budgets and optimization of the investments in all the channels
Qualification
MBA from a premier B-school
Experience :
2 - 4 years of experience in Brand Development & Communication.
